1. Eligibility

2. Your Account & the One-Account Rule
Each member may hold one account only, registered in your own real, legal name. Multiple or duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under another person's identity — may be suspended and any associated bonuses voided. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is RM 30. Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, USDT TRC-20 and supported banks are credited within seconds. Withdrawals to e-wallets typically settle in 30–60 minutes and to banks in 1–3 hours after compliance review. U2 Casino charges no fees in either direction. 4. Bonuses & Wagering
Promotions such as the 150% welcome match (up to RM 1,500) and the RM 10 registration reward are optional and must be opted into before the qualifying deposit — they cannot be applied retroactively. Each promotion carries its own wagering (playthrough) requirement and game weighting, stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. 5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To comply with anti-money-laundering obligations — and because the FPX and DuitNow rails run on PayNet under Bank Negara Malaysia, which requires a one-time KYC — we verify your identity before your first withdrawal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for losses arising from interrupted internet connections, device faults, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where a game malfunctions, the affected round is void and stakes are returned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The current version always lives at this URL with the "last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or to your registered contact details. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which U2 Casino holds its offshore gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team will be handled under that jurisdiction's framework.
